Our Real Estate Continuing Education Classes
Continuing Education Courses include the General Update and BICAR ( Broker-in-Charge Update). The Broker and Broker-In-Charge Updates are class room only and are 4 hours of the 8 hour yearly requirement. The remaining 4 hours are electives and can be taken in a class room with no test or on line which requires a test. The elective courses will vary.
